Azura has an opening for a System Support Associate who will specialize in managing our IT help desk and ticket system. Work will include maintaining a log of issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for reference. Work may also include helping to develop and write procedures, keeping in step with the growth of the department. Other IT related responsibilities may be assigned as position develops.
